Raise the Bottom provides comprehensive addiction treatment services and primarily utilizes a form of treatment commonly referred to as Medication Assisted Treatment or MAT. MAT works by first utilizing medication to stabilize you by eliminating withdrawal symptoms and minimizing cravings; and secondly by engaging in counseling and group therapy services to help you gain new coping skills, discuss life’s issues and take back control of your life. Medications used in conjunction with therapy are Methadone, Suboxone, Vivitrol, Buprenorphine and Antabuse. Studies have shown that the combination of medication and therapy to be the most effective form of treatment with the best long-term results. Our facility prides itself on delivering the most current and effective forms of treatment in order to maximize your long-term success.
