Additional Information About Samantha
Samantha oversees staff across all three clinics and keeps Raise the Bottom compliant with CARF, State of Idaho, DEA, and federal regulations. She joined in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant, moved into leadership, and found her focus in HR and compliance.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Composite Social Science and manages hiring, training, employee relations, and regulatory oversight. She played a central role in Raise the Bottom holding its highest level three year CARF accreditation, most recently with excellent results in the 2024 survey. For patients, that accreditation is the practical proof that the organization meets national standards for treatment, safety, and record keeping.
Samantha values the family feel of the organization and spends her time strengthening its workforce and policies. Outside of work she is outdoors, playing soccer, camping, or baking sourdough, and she is focused on helping her two boys build confidence and strength.
