Raise the Bottom Addiction Treatment believes that part of a quality healthcare practice is to establish and communicate our financial policy to our patients. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care to you and we do not want your financial situation to stand between you and your recovery.
We are currently in-network with Idaho Medicaid, Regence Blue Shield, Bridgespan, Select Health, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, IPN (which includes many of the smaller insurances such as MS Administrators, and even Pacific Source, as long as they are part of IPN. It will have the IPN logo on the insurance card), and ODS EOCCO.
If you are insured by a company that is not listed above, please contact us and we will work to try to become an in-network provider with them, if possible.
For those who do not have insurance, RTB has affordable monthly payment options as well as a sliding fee discount program for those who qualify. (restrictions and provisions may apply)
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
Please contact us for further information about pricing and how we may help you. You are NOT alone!

Raise the Bottom strives to decrease the shame and stigma associated with Substance Use Disorders and specifically, Opioid Use Disorders. With that said, we recognize that certain words drive search engines and assist people in finding necessary resources and treatment options. To assist our patients, potential patients, providers and other stakeholders, we are listing additional search terms that may assist in "search" efforts. RTB continuously works to use pro-social and non-stigmatizing words and terms and as such, most of these words are not used in the body of our pages to describe our program or the services we provide. Search Terms: Methadone Clinic, Suboxone Clinic, Methadone Treatment Program, Suboxone Treatment Program, Vivitrol Program, Withdrawal Treatment, Substance Abuse, Addict, Addiction Therapist, Addiction Therapy, Drug Rehab, Out-patient Drug Rehab, Substance Abuse Counselors.
